Before you write
Full planning with the chapel starts at $34,000 and most weddings land between $40,000 and $60,000 all in, food and flowers included. We quote properly after one conversation, because a Saturday in October and a Friday in April are not the same wedding and we would rather not pretend otherwise on a web page.
Yes, from a list of nine we have cooked with for years. The kitchen is small and the drive is real — a caterer who has not worked the room before tends to discover both at six on a Saturday.
Fourteen to eighteen months for a Saturday between May and October. Fridays and the winter months are often open inside a year, and they are quieter, cheaper and — we think — better lit.
The ceremony moves inside and nothing else changes. The chapel seats everyone, the pergola dinner moves under the beams, and we make that call together by ten on the morning of, never later.
Never. It is the whole reason the place works, and the reason we only take fifteen a year.
